We are investors. So we like to think we have some experience. We usually do our own deals and our own due diligence, not bothering with realtors. It is difficult to find realtors that can deliver a level experience that rivals our own. Kobie is easily the exception. We've bought real estate in 4 different states, again, we'd like to think we have some experience. Kobie made this deal happen for me. His expertise in the local market is exceptional. No doubt I could not have closed without his expertise. Frankly I didn't have the time most days to deal with the issues. And even AFTER closing was done, he was still running things down. I hope I can use his expertise again for a future investment. For now, I'm going to enjoy my beach house.

Kobie was an epic realtor for us. He was patient and never pushed his views or opinions on us. Kobie took me to see every single house I asked to see (many more than once). He walked me through every step from hunting to closing, making sure I never felt lost or confused about the process or costs. He took the time to truly listen to what I wanted. He found exactly what I wanted right where I wanted it. He still checks in on us to check on the renovations we're making. I can't recommend him enough!! I'm sure I'm forgetting many things by now, but I can say I have zero complaints about my experience with Kobie. I have absolute faith that he will be an asset to any and all he serves in his future endeavors.
